PAYMENT OPTIONS

80% due on preparation appointment, 20% due on delivery when you are trying on the veneers and are happy with the results. We’ll only permanently bond the veneers when you are satisfied with the results and with your written authorization. At this point, we’ll collect the 20% remaining balance with credit card, cash, Zelle, or cashier’s check. However if you would like to make this last payment with a regular check, please provide the check a week ahead of the appointment so it can clear.

1

VENEERS

Payments due for each stage of the implant process: (1) surgical guide appointment, (2) surgical placement, (3) then abutment and crown several months later. Payment in full is not necessary but we will work with a request to pay in-full if necessary.

2

IMPLANT

Initial small payment due (currently $310 in Year 2025) to take records and start working on the case. At the plan review appointment we’ll go over the details and you can decide whether you’d like to move forward with the treatment. A deposit of 50% is due and the remainder can be split up over the course of the expected treatment timeline. For example, if 6 months is expected, then the remaining payments can be split up over 6 months.

CARECREDIT

We can work with PPO insurance plans. For Veneers and Implants, payment is due in full at time of service and we will bill your insurance as a courtesy. There is no guarantee insurance will cover the treatments or services but we will do our best to help you receive reimbursement. The patient will receive the assignment of benefits and any benefits your insurance company provides will be sent to you as a reimbursement check. We aren’t able to work with HMO or Medi-Cal plans.

For general dentistry services, we can request a preauthorization from your insurance company to see what they are anticipating to pay for the treatment. This can take anywhere from a few minutes to several weeks depending on your insurance company. For fillings, crowns, periodontal therapy, etc, and other general dental services this is a great way to have a good idea what your insurance will cover for the procedure.

Veneers are typically not covered by your insurance company. However, if any of your teeth have a problem, like an open margin, cavity, cracks, which makes it necessary to have a crown (which can look the same as a veneer but covers the back side of the tooth), then many insurances will provide coverage for this type of necessary treatment. We can send a preauthorization request to find out what they will cover.

OTHER

2% Discount available for Cash, Check, or Zelle. Also accepted: Credit Card, ApplePay, and Google Pay. If you have insurance, we can send a pre-authorization request for your company. This takes a few weeks to receive a response usually. If insurance reimbursement does not make a difference in whether you would like to start or wait to start treatment, then we can start when you are ready.
