IMPLANT + COSMETIC: 2 implants (NobelActive). Implants planned on DTX Implant Studio using a CT Scan. Three surgical guides were made for the highest precision possible: (1) 1.5mm pilot guide, (2) 2.0mm pilot guide, and (3) NobelActive 3.0mm implants placed through a fully-guided 3D-printed stent. After 5 months of healing, Nobel Biocare custom abutments and layered eMax crowns finalized the case. Surgical + Restorative by Dr. Heldt.
